Query Builder enhancements

This version of SQL Navigator includes a number of improvements to the Query Builder. Here are a few examples.

$image\Sqln0004.gif$ The Query Builder window is no longer modal.

$image\Sqln0004.gif$ You can drag objects into the Query Builder workspace from the DB Navigator tree, from the Find Objects window, or from the Workspace window.

$image\Sqln0004.gif$ The Add DB Object invokes the standard object selection window

$image\Sqln0004.gif$ The Add Column command allows adding arbitrary column expressions

$image\Sqln0004.gif$ Show Column Types command controls the display of column type information in the tables

$image\Sqln0004.gif$ A join between columns of different types is represented with a dotted line, and join lines now display a hint.
