In previous versions, finding a window in the active window list when many windows were open could be difficult, due to limitations of the standard Windows MDI mechanism. The list was not always in a convenient order, and it displayed full window captions, which made it hard to read.
This version of SQL Navigator provides a solution for this problem in the form of a Task Bar that is represented as a docked or floating toolbar with dynamic contents.
Similar to the Windows Task Bar, which lists all active applications, the SQL Navigator Task Bar lists all active windows as toolbar buttons, each with a window icon and title. Clicking a button activates the appropriate window, bringing it to the foreground and giving it focus.
