You can select a table and then easily browse or edit table data.
To open the Query Builder and create drag-and-drop SQL statements, select the table and choose Browse Data.
To open the SQL Editor so that you can create and run a query, and view or edit table data in a results grid, select the table and choose Quick Browse or Edit Data. (The Edit Data command executes an updateable query.)
