The Output window displays the results of program compilation and execution, including any errors.
The Output window has tabbed pages for output from different sessions, plus one page for general messages not related to a particular session.
The Output window can be made dockable, either by a preference setting or by means of a shortcut menu option. When dockable, the window is always visible; that is, always on top.
Output lines of different types (information, errors, server output) are distinguished by different font colors, and now they are also marked with different glyphs (symbols).
You can double-click on an Oracle error line in the output window to view the Oracle Error Description text for that error.
You can send Output window contents to the printer using Ctrl+P.
