The Describe tool can now be used not only on tables, indexes, clusters and objects, but also on procedures, functions, and packages. The Describe tool lists a package’s entry points and the arguments of a procedure or function.
You can use either the Describe command or the Auto Describe feature to describe an object displayed in the DB Navigator window.
With the Auto Describe feature enabled, you will automatically see a description of any object you select. Alternatively, you can click the Describe command on the Object menu whenever needed.
